All Sales are Final on custom printed items. Custom Printed items such as Screen Printed, DTG or other personalized Merchandise Items (T Shirts, Sweatrshirts, or other imprintables) cannont be refunded as they are custom items printed to the customers custom artwork and cannot be restocked. 

Slater Designs will use ground shipping to locations across the United States only. While delays can occur we attempt to have completed orders shipped within 5-7 business days. Fees for shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico are calcualted at real-time rates based on item weight.
